Luton set to seal the signing of ex-West Ham defender Reece Burke after the Hatters rule out competition from four other Championship clubs to bring him back from promoted Hull City

- But the Hatters, who finished in the middle of the table this season, won the race.
Former West Ham kid Reece Burke is set to move to Luton.
Luton is set to beat competition from a number of his championship rivals to land center-back Burke in a free transfer deal.
Bristol City, Cardiff, Millwall and Derby were also fond of the former England Youth International who came to West Ham before joining Hull in 2018.
Reece Burke, who helped Hull City win promotion to Ligue 1 this season, is set to sign for championship club Luton Town on a free transfer
The 24-year-old has helped Hull return to the league by winning Ligue 1 this season.
But his contract at the KCOM Stadium club expires next month and Hull has been unable to agree on terms to take over Burke’s option year and extend his stay.
Burke will become the second ambitious Luton signing of the summer after midfielder Fred Onyedinma who joined Wycombe this week.
