This has the appearance of a quality filly with several well behaved newcomers taking some with a useful form. Dissociate appears to be the best of the latter group, but the pitch today is much faster than what she encountered in her early days and a chance is taken on the newcomer from Ballydoyle. MADONNADELROSARIO, who is raised to be a smart youngster. The market should be attractive for well-behaved Radiyka and Discoveries.
Although he’s grown 6 pounds since, OVERHEER was second behind a smart 3 year old in Cork last time around and he is unlikely to meet a rival of that caliber here. However, there are many fit types in the opposition including Harbanaker, Kosman, Longbourn, Dedillon, and Everyhouronthehour.
It seems very open but the least exposed rider in the line-up, MALAYSIAN (nap), posted a decent start to the season and should have improved since then so can score. Moktaffy has a clever maiden form but gets a little frustrating, while Miss Myers, Indian Lilac, Eagle’s Flight, and Dream Tale should all be fine.
SINAWANN, who holds a Queen Anne entry, could turn into a potentially stylish older miler this year. He loves Leopardstown and, if he’s right when he returns, should win. Up Helly Aa is interesting downhill but may need softer terrain to be at its best, whereas the same could be said of Saltonstall. There are some interesting three-year-olds here, namely Forhometwo, which is on the rise, and Ebeneezer Perry, not on display.
Finans Bay split two top class horses on his last visit and could be way ahead of his mark on this evidence, but he hasn’t raced in a while and the race is in good shape. LUC COURT is preferred accordingly. It acts well on the trail and is interesting to climb back up when traveling. Settle For Bay may not be the force of yore, but could work well at a price while Juyush and Tauran Shaman are also interesting.

HAMLEY is handicapped enough in her old form and has shown enough in two starts this quarter to suggest she can win a race of this nature. No Say Ever, Ebony Maw, and Lady Dahlia are dangers.
Aidan O’Brien has won this event in three of the past five years and, although THE MEDITERRANEAN has a little to find with several of them, it is open to a lot of improvement and can earn it again for the job site. Fernando Vichi looks solid and will come close, while Flying Visit is going well here and is a danger if it returns to its best level.
A delicate nightcap. Most have chances of some sort, but WILD BARON is probably the most obvious given that he’s a few pounds lighter than his last winning mark and approached the latest. Moddy Poddle and Helvic Princess are others in good shape.
